Mexico Summer 2011 Published!
Mexico + Summer 2011 + Volume 1
Simply jumped on a plane 6/25/11 and flew one-way to the furthest airport in Mexico from Austin, Texas. From Cancun I wandered about photographing and travel-blogging. The only plan was going into the unknown and letting the unfamiliar move and inspire me. I wrote about the adventure and…

Should I Stay or Should I Go?
Major indecision. I wasn’t really planning on staying here this long, but now that it’s almost the 4th holiday, I’m wondering if I should stay put? I was going to get my laptop out today & update http://skiphuntgowest.weebly.com then head to Mesa Verde mañana.
But now, since there’s a HUGE upsurge in holiday traffic, severe weather warnings in the area tomorrow &...

Check out this leg of the trip I did via Whrrl!
Also, had a sizing issue with my “Defender” boots from Cruiserworks.com & I can’t believe how well I was treated by Cara there. Would you believe that they stand behind there products to the point that they overnighted me a née pair?! I was floored that they did that. Whatever happened to kickass customer support like that?...

On my next trip that I hope to embark on soon, I’m going to try something different. I’m going to utilize social media more as I progress through a pathless motorcycle journey. Taking tips and suggestions along the way, posting images, writing, digital downloads, etc. Some will be for sale and some will be free.
The last time I made it possible to give my PayPal donations and was...

I am SOOOOO happy with out great this book printed! As many of you know, I tend to go for the most saturated and rich coloring in my images… which is not always easy to transfer in print. Well, I’m please to report that the printing is absolutely beautiful! The images just leap off the page.
I bought the soft cover for myself, but I think I would prefer the hard cover on my next...

Fresh Collections of Skip Hunt Vagabond :: Mexico... →
Been editing images for print from this travel blog to be used in a blurb.com book that I should have ready in the next couple of weeks. But, since I’m editing these in an order to insure that I maintain a dynamic collection, I’m putting them in the same order for RedBubble calendars!
I’ve seen these printing and the quality is simply stunning.
Wadley: Círculo Completo
Again, rain and cold. Hopefully once I get back to the sacred desert known as Huiricuta by the Huichol Indians, where I began this journey, the weather would be good. I thought perhaps I’d get one more lucky break on this trip… that my ride from Zacatecas back to Wadley on the way North to the Texas border would be a good one. Why I thought that, I can’t tell you.
