Also, had a sizing issue with my “Defender” boots from Cruiserworks.com & I can’t believe how well I was treated by Cara there. Would you believe that they stand behind there products to the point that they overnighted me a née pair?! I was floored that they did that. Whatever happened to kickass customer support like that? Used to be the norm, and it looks like Cruiserworks is bringin’ it back. Now my boots are so comfy, I almost slept in them the other night after hiking around all day. Completely forgot I was wearing boots. No joke!
